This article is written in order to update all interested in Energy Sector in Albania, that also there are many SCAMS in which you must have attention. 
There is an organization in which mostly is active in social media, LinkedIn with different energy news totally posted by a single person called Dr.Lorenc Gordani. There is nothing with the posts of energy sector in Albania and Balkans, as he looks like mostly a freelancer blogger.

The problem is that this ACERC in Albania, in which is copying its logo and name of the ( Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators)  http://www.acer.europa.eu webpage screenshot below, in order to be more  reliably for the people who are searching it.

We have been interested in Albania in obtaining  information if this organization ACERC in which is resulting not legally registered as entity and it looks like the activity of publishing in this website stopped like the October ago 2016, except of the twitter. In which we found that the sub domain (esc.albaniaenergy.org) was active with publishing information regarding Energy Sector and Hydro power In Albania as a Energy Service Company ESC ADRIATIC.
We have been interested to see if this is a company in which is register to the National Business Center in Albania to be legal ( http://www.qkr.gov.al/search/search-in-trade-register/search-for-subject/ ) and we didn't find any information for this company, it means that this company is not registered legally in Albania.

We went more in deep, and we saw that the articles are mostly recovered from the news page of www.energy-community.org, Albanian Energy Regulator  www.ere.gov.al etc, and other news portals also translated from Albanian articles written for energy and published as Dr.Lorenc Gordani his own study/articles. This ESC ADRITATICA is funny as it operating in Albanian with the scope to fish as many as international investors who are willing to invest in Energy Sector in Albania and this company likes to work as intermediate for legal procedures as soon as they have obtained from the investors some money.

Till here is fine, but the problem as we searched is that they are not giving any service at all, just putting your logo in   esc.albaniaenergy.org that's all. As they are not legal you can not sue them to court, as they are not registered you can't find them either as they are using a mobile phone as contact in Italy, probably registered in Italy and used in Albania from Dr. Lorenc Gordani as from his CV he  studied there.

LinkedIn of Dr.Lorenc Gordani and the ACERC. Regarding his profile looks that this guy likes to promote himself a lot, especially internationally, he is changing every couple of months his working positions and companies where he supposed to work. We can not verify all the description what he is saying for himself but you are free in this blog page, and this article to send us any information regarding it.

He looks like he worked mostly in some sort of Energy organizations and  academics and now as Energy Advisory. We saw the profile of Linkedin of ACERC in Albania and we came up with many profiles :



I believe  that all the account ACERC are of one person, we figured out in Italian, English, Albanian, French, etc there are LinkedIn Accounts of the same ACERC. Interesting how much he is spending in fishing investors like this. 

We would like to suggest all investors, just to make research of companies or organizations that is giving you consultancy services in Energy/Industry sector in Albania, to be registered legally and also use different independent source of information, don't take granted whatever is written in some blogs, websites, or social media.
